Arnold Residential Home Builders is a business that strives to deliver the highest level of quality regardless of the project complexity, simplicity, or size. Owner Oliver Arnold Jr., the son of a mother who was a painter and a father who was a carpenter grew with tools for toys. At the age of 13 while working for his father’s subcontracting business performing framing, siding, and interior trim, Oliver began honing his skills and growing his knowledge of the home building process, building systems and technical aspects. Upon graduating high school Oliver earned his draftsman certification from the local Technical College of the Lowcountry. A few years later he used this after obtaining a South Carolina home builders license to build and design his first home.
